With high expectations, the 3GuysRacing team arrived Friday afternoon, Sept. 21, 2007 to practice for the TOYS FOR TOTS 100. A solid set of practice runs had the team exptecting big things for Saturday's race.
On Saturday we awoke to storm clouds. A cool storm had blown in overnight pelting the Inland Empire with steady rain as well as covering most of Sourthern California in heavy downpours. These rains caused flooding in several areas of the greater San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles.
We experienced a fast moving storm that hit us with heavy rains Saturday around noon and after a couple of hours, the officials at OSS decided to postpone the TOYS FOR TOTS 100 until Saturday, October 27, 2007.
